Copyright notices

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location, provide contact details, and include a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury and a physical or electronic signature from an authorized person.

Send a copyright report

Send reports to support@techpackdraft.app with the subject “Copyright notice”. Include the project or file reference and enough detail for us to locate the material. Private projects are not publicly searchable. This contact is for copyright reports and is not a representation that a designated DMCA agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Review process

We review sufficiently detailed reports, restrict access where appropriate and notify the relevant account holder when permitted. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions. If you believe material was removed in error, contact the same address with the reference, an explanation and evidence of your rights. Where a formal DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we explain the required information and follow applicable law. Please do not submit false or misleading reports.
