Privacy policy
Information we use
We store your email address, account identifier, sign-in sessions, project fields, saved revisions and uploaded design images to provide the service. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your basic Google profile, including your name, verified email address and profile image. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.
We also keep order references, payment status, export-credit transactions and project unlocks. Waffo collects payment details through its checkout; we do not store your full card number or card security code. Security records may include IP addresses, request times and errors. Sign-up records may include the referring page and campaign parameters.
Your designs stay private
Saved projects, revisions and images are accessible through your signed-in account. They are not listed in search results or republished as examples. We process your content to save, display and export your documents and to investigate support or security issues when necessary. Your designs are not sent to an AI provider or used by us to train an AI model.
Service providers and location
Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 database storage, private R2 file storage, email delivery and security services. Google provides optional sign-in. Waffo processes purchases and refunds under its own privacy policy. Support email is forwarded to the operator's Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside China. We do not promise that data stays in one country.
Why we process information
We use information to provide the service you request, maintain account security, answer support requests, manage purchases and comply with applicable obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not sell your personal information or use your designs for advertising.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information, saved projects and design images while your account remains active or until you request deletion. To request access, correction, a copy of your data or deletion of your account and projects, email support@techpackdraft.app from your account address. We verify ownership before acting and aim to complete ordinary deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline.
Some transaction, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after account deletion for applicable accounting, dispute or legal obligations. Any retained information is limited to those purposes. Provider backups and logs follow their own retention schedules. We explain any exception when responding to your request. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and help secure authentication. Browser storage preserves draft text, design-image copies and checkout retry identifiers. Drafts automatically save on this device, including before sign-in; account revisions save only when you choose to save them. Device recovery is separated by account and project. You can discard a recovered draft, reset an example, or remove all device copies using your browser's storage controls. Clearing device data does not delete saved account projects. No advertising trackers or optional analytics are enabled.
Children and policy updates
The service is intended for adults working on clothing designs, not for children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
