Refund policy

One-time project packs

Packs are $9 for 3 project exports, $24 for 10 project exports, $49 for 25 project exports, with no subscription or credit expiration. Your first project export is free, so you can review the workflow before buying. Checkout marked Test Mode does not take a real payment.

Requesting a refund through Waffo

Waffo's Buyer Terms govern payment refunds. As of October 30, 2026, requests may be submitted within 120 days of product delivery through the Waffo Buyer Portal or Waffo customer service. This is a request window, not an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Waffo reviews eligibility, including defective or misdescribed products, unauthorized or mistaken transactions, service-related access failures and applicable legal rights. It may request supporting information. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval under Waffo's terms.

Applicable consumer cancellation rights, including any 14-day cooling-off period and digital-content exceptions, remain subject to Waffo's terms and mandatory law. This policy does not remove statutory rights. The terms applicable to your purchase control; consult Waffo's linked terms for the full policy.

How we can help

Email support@techpackdraft.app with your account email, order reference and a description of the problem. Include an error message or screenshot if useful, but never send your card number, password or sign-in code. We can investigate delivery and export issues and help you identify the relevant Waffo order.

Failed exports and repeat downloads

We generate the PDF before using a credit. Failed generation does not consume an export credit. If a download is interrupted after the project unlocks, retrying that project's export is free. Revisions and repeated downloads do not use additional credits.

Credits after a refund

Once Waffo confirms an executed refund, the related export credits are removed from your balance. If refunded credits were already used, the account may have a credit shortfall that must be covered before another paid project is unlocked. Previously unlocked projects remain available for repeat export, and downloaded files cannot be recalled. Submitting a refund request alone does not change your balance. Payment disputes require individual review.
