Terms of use

A working brief for sample review

TechPack Draft helps you organize T-shirt and hoodie design information into editable projects and PDFs. It does not create patterns, grade sizes, certify compliance or approve garments for production. You may use your exported documents for your clothing business and share them with your factory or collaborators.

Your specifications and content

Check measurements, tolerances, fabric and trim specifications, artwork placement and construction notes with your factory. Blank fields mean unconfirmed information. Example values are illustrative and are not manufacturing instructions. You are responsible for the specifications and production decisions you approve.

You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork and project content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Our software and template layouts remain ours or our licensors'; this does not restrict your commercial use of the documents you create.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information. Packs are for one account, including Studio. Do not access another account's data, abuse authentication or payment systems, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Prices and project exports

Your first exported project is free. One-time packs are $9 for 3 project exports, $24 for 10 project exports, $49 for 25 project exports, in USD. Checkout displays the final amount and any applicable taxes before you pay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused export credits do not expire.

Each later project uses one export credit when its first PDF is successfully generated and unlocked. Revisions and repeat downloads of an unlocked project are free. A copied project is a separate project. Credits are account entitlements, not cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Payments

Waffo handles checkout. The seller of record and transaction terms are identified in your checkout and receipt. Waffo's Buyer Terms govern its payment services; these terms govern your use of TechPack Draft. A checkout marked Test Mode is a test transaction, not a real purchase.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions, maintenance and errors can occur. Keep copies of important exported documents. We do not guarantee manufacturing results, regulatory compliance or compatibility with every factory's workflow. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for manufacturing losses caused by specifications you supply or approve. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support@techpackdraft.app. Deleting an account does not itself request or approve a refund. If a material service change affects purchased access, we will provide notice and handle affected purchases under applicable law and the refund policy.

Operator and applicable law

The service is provided by xiangxiaoxiao as an individual in China, not as an incorporated company. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law, these service terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Waffo's transaction terms may specify a different contracting entity and governing law for payments.
